NEWSCASTER: The Senate is scheduled to vote on the latest version of the bill to replace “Obama care.”

NEWSCASTER: They’re going to be there all night in what’s called a “voterama”─

NARRATOR: ─Washington was closely watching Senator John McCain.

He was the key vote on President Trump’s first major legislative initiative, a repeal of “Obama care.”

SUSAN DAVIS, NPR: Every time we saw him, it was, like, “Do you know how you’re going to vote? Do you know how you’re going to vote?” And he was grouchier and grouchier as the day went on, as he sometimes gets.
