David Hilliard (born May 15, 1942) is a former member of the Black Panther Party, having served as Chief of Staff.[1][2] He became a visiting instructor at the University of New Mexico in 2006.[3] He also is the founder of the Dr.
Huey P. Newton foundation.[4]
Early life
