Joseph Quinn Bretz, aka Joe Quinn Bretz or Joe Q.
Bretz (born September 24, 1974), is an American actor, model, music/TV/film producer, and tech entrepreneur.[1] He is most notably known for producing the first direct to hard disk-digital production of a major music television awards program, The California Music Awards.
He is also one of the first early adopters and pioneers of “OTT” over the top media streaming. He is the Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer of PshychoDeluX Media.

Early life
Bretz was born in Milwaukee, WI, on September 24, 1974, to Randolph Bretz, a former Milwaukee police officer turned entrepreneur and Andrea Hope Miller. Bretz’s grandmother was a vaudeville actress in the Horace Heidt during the 1930s.
